• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

• No refunds for partial periods already billed.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, interface, design, functionalities, texts, images, documentation, and the Minotaur brand belong exclusively to Minotaur.
No intellectual property rights are transferred through the use of the Services.
The user retains ownership of the data they upload (contacts, candidates, documents, etc.), unless explicitly authorized for processing for functions such as verification, collaborative updates, or analysis.
